This email has all the important information needed to know regarding recital tickets. Last year we sold out our three shows and had to add in a fourth “mini” show last minute. This year we have kept the four shows and are being proactive with ticket sales to not have any issues.

PRE SALE INFO- Friday, May 3rd @6pm
New this year will be a pre sale. Prior to the start time each family will receive a priority code from Dance Recital Ticketing to their email. This code can be used (one time) during the PRE SALE weekend to purchase SIX tickets of your choice. You can use it to purchase whatever quantities for any show to amount to a total of SIX. This allows each of our families to be guaranteed tickets.
The priority codes will be sent out today at some point from Dance Recital Ticketing so you can look in your inbox or spam folders !
Pre Sales will be open May 3rd-May 9th but I HIGHLY advise purchasing tickets asap as you can choose your seats.
Starting Thursday, May 9th@6pm I will send another email to the LRD families that will open up ticket sales and families will be allowed to purchase as many as they want. I also highly advise setting your alarm for that!
Monday, May 13th we will open to the general public and advertise on social media! Please do not share our recital flyer on social media till this time.
If your dancer would like to sit in the audience for the half of the show they aren’t dancing in there will be a dancer coupon code to use which is $10/ticket. If you are interested in a coupon code for your dancer please email me and I will send them as soon as they are ready prior to Friday’s Pre Sale.
As always we will be looking for volunteers to help backstage. If you volunteer to work backstage you will receive a FREE coupon code for one ticket. This will only be given out during the Thursday, May 9th time when tickets are open to LRD families. I will send out another email next week regarding what is needed for volunteers. Stay tuned for that.
